Ben Fursdon is Activcycles-Fentimans Race Team Photographer.
My interest in cycling began in 1989 after I saw the Milk Race finish in Plymouth. I was hooked after seeing the speed and colour of the race, even though it was pouring with rain.
I then spent the next 15 years racing in and around the north east of England doing road racing, time trialling, cyclo cross and mountain biking. Although I never achieved the Tour de France aspiration I began with my love for the sport remained undiminished.
After 15 years of hanging onto the back of a speeding bunch I realised it was easier to stand on the side of the road and look through a camera lens.
Hopefully I will bring the colour and excitement of bike racing to this web-site and pass on my love for the sport.
